Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team in the Butchery section. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for meat preparation and supporting daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the smooth running of the butchery section and ensures preparation is carried out to the required standards.
• Ensures proper food handling, storage, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Completes assigned duties in a timely and professional manner.
• Assists with stock control and minimizes food wastage.
• Promotes teamwork and the company’s culture and values.

• Relevant experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a butchery section.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
