  • Erstellen von Ausgangsrechnungen in SAP in Abstimmung mit dem Key Account Management und dem CFO
  • Vorkontierung und Hochladen von Eingangsrechnungen (DATEV)
  • Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Auslagen, Reisekosten und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Lohnbuchhaltung (DATEV)
  • Stammdatenpflege (SAP, DATEV)
  • Unterstützung im Controlling bei Planung und Reporting
  • Unterstützung in der HR-Administration
  • Administration/Office Management

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Finanz-Buchhaltung und Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit gutem Abschluss
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen, idealerweise DATEV und SAP
  • Engagement und Eigenverantwortlichkeit
  • Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
