Job Purpose The main objective of the Barista is to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. Through exemplary customer service and a deep knowledge of coffee, the Barista will ensure a satisfying coffee experience for every customer. This role requires the ability to skillfully operate espresso machines and other equipment, as well as effectively handle orders and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
• Demonstrating skills in coffee brewing techniques and understanding of different coffee beans and their flavor profiles
• Operating espresso machines and other equipment effectively
