Refer the people worth referring

Post the roles you can genuinely vouch for. See only candidates who match what you asked for. Approve or decline every single request.

Why bother

Most companies pay a referral bonus — commonly $1,000 to $5,000 — and most employees never collect one, because the people who ask them are strangers in their DMs and screening those is a chore nobody wants.

Vochure does the screening part. You post a role and say what you would vouch for; seekers send a request with their résumé against that bar. You read the ones worth reading and ignore the rest. If you refer someone and they are hired, the bonus is between you and your employer — we take nothing.

Posting a role takes about three minutes

  1. 1about 2 minutes

    Post the role

Paste the posting URL if the role is on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby and we fill in the title, description and requirements for you. Otherwise type them in — only the role title and a description are required. You also tell us your company and your title, which is what creates your referrer profile.

Posting several at once? The bulk import tab on the same page takes a list of links.

  2. 2part of the same form

Say what you will vouch for

One or two lines on what makes someone worth your referral. This is the field that does the work: it tells seekers whether to bother asking, so you get fewer scattershot requests and better ones.

Adding a public posting link is optional — it gives seekers an "Apply directly" button alongside the vouch request.

  3. 31 minute, once

    Verify your work email

On your dashboard, enter your company address and type back the code we send. That is the whole check — it is what puts the green "Work email verified" badge on everything you post, and it is the main reason a seeker trusts the listing. Your email is never shown to anyone.

Verification expires, so we re-check rather than trusting a one-time tick. You can post before verifying; the badge just appears once you have.

Post a roleFree, always. You approve every request.

The things people ask first

Does my employer need to approve this?
Referring someone is normally encouraged — it is what the bonus is for. But check your own company policy before you post, particularly if you work somewhere with rules about discussing open roles publicly. The listings you post are public.
Will candidates see my name and email?
Your email is never shown to anyone, ever. Your name and title are hidden from free users and visible to Premium seekers — that is the thing they pay for. You see who is asking before you decide anything.
Am I committing to refer anyone?
No. Posting a role puts it on the board; each request still comes to you to approve or decline, with a reason if you want to give one. Declining costs you nothing and we do not rank you on it.
What if I leave the company?
Your verification expires and the badge comes off automatically — we re-check rather than trusting a one-time tick. Close your listings when you go, or they close themselves when the role does.
How much work is this really?
Three minutes to post. After that, only the requests you choose to read. There is no inbox to manage and nothing to check daily.
