BIM Modeler

SOCOTEC Vietnam is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC Group providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Around the globe, more than 15,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.

We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

• Create, update and revise BIM Models and drawings throughout the project life cycle;

• Create and modify BIM models and drawings based on laser scanner point clouds and other inputs;

• Create BIM deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication;

• Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models, drawings and families;

• Develop internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning;

• Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues

• Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience in infrastructure projects like tunnels, bridges, train tracks and stations.

• Proven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and others.

• Must have exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilitie
