Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, positioned in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to two nature-focused resorts. With 361 rooms, 11 distinct dining concepts, including overwater restaurant with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, and a Spa.

Blending Raffles’ legendary graciousness and personalized service with the natural beauty and sustainability ethos of Red Sea Global, the property offers a curated haven for the world’s most discerning travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Assist the Public Area Manager in directing daily cleaning operations across all shared spaces, including lobbies, restaurants, elevators, and outdoor arrival areas.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent inspections to ensure all surfaces, furnishings, and decorative elements meet the strict Luxury Quality Assessment (LQA) standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Public Area Attendants and Supervisors, fostering a culture of "heartfelt hospitality" and anticipatory service.
  • Program Planning: Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs, such as marble polishing, carpet shampooing, and special setups for VIP arrivals or events.
  • Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and F&B to address maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly.
  • Resource Management: Monitor the usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring adherence to the resort’s sustainability and safety protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping, with significant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Pre-Opening Expertise: Experience in pre-opening stages—including project coordination and document control—is often mandatory for this specific destination.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (like Opera) and a deep understanding of specialized cleaning techniques for high-end finishes.
  • Core Attributes: A proactive, anticipatory approach, impeccable grooming, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Sustainability Mindset: Commitment to following strict discipline in reducing, reusing, and recycling in line with the Red Sea Global ethos.
  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
