Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job creation, invoicing, and purchase orders using internal systems.
- Maintain and update databases, pricing information, and digital records.
- Support proposal and tender preparation by coordinating documentation and ensuring timely submissions.
- Monitor invoices and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or administrative issues.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of English (B2+ or equivalent).
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn is an advantage.
Technical Report Editor – E-bike/Bicycle Testing
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely test reports by reviewing laboratory records, test orders, protocols, photographs, and supporting documentation.
- Validate technical information, identify inconsistencies, request missing details, and ensure reports are complete and accurate.
- Draft, edit, and finalize test reports using approved templates, incorporating relevant technical observations and feedback.
- Ensure reports comply with EFBE quality standards, ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, and SGS procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and compliance with SGS Code of Integrity, QHSE policies, and documentation standards.
- Work closely with engineering and laboratory teams to ensure accurate interpretation and presentation of test results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education and experience.
- C1 English proficiency or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of bicycle and e-bike technology, including components, systems, terminology, and test procedures.
- Experience or exposure to bicycle/e-bike testing, quality assurance, or technical documentation is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word-based documentation and structured reporting templates.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical protocols, handwritten lab notes, and image-based evidence.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage reports independently and accurately.
Data Validator
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate laboratory data, including calculations, quality checks, LIMS entries, and other data management activities.
- Review data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
- Perform data verification and identify discrepancies or issues that may impact data quality and turnaround times.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within required deadlines and escalate potential delays when necessary.
- Collaborate with laboratory teams to support efficient data processing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related Science field (Chemistry preferred).
- Background or experience in laboratory testing and data validation, with potential assignment to Shared Inorganics, Sample Analysis – Industrial & Environment (I&E), or Sample Analysis – Health & Nutrition (H&N) teams.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience using chromatography instruments (LC or GC); experience with mass spectrometry is an advantage.
- Experience in food testing laboratories is preferred; environmental testing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with laboratory software such as Chromeleon, MassHunter, MultiQuant, or Analyst is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Analyst Programmer
Key Responsibilities
- Work with development team to improve and extend the functionality of existing products and services.
- Assist in the development of new tools and processes to improve productivity.
- Maintain high standards of software development, ensuring release call logs maintain a high initial pass rate.
- Monitor and maintain all software systems and services to ensure our customer SLA’s are maintained.
- Update software specifications and documentation in accordance with team working practices.
- Configure and implement customer systems based on requirement specifications.
- Liaise with Help Desk to assist in investigating customer faults and queries.
- Maintain and apply updates to hosted and customer systems.
- Where required, investigate and implement new methods, functionality or systems within the SGS software architecture.
- Remains familiar with SGS quality assurance procedures.

GBS Office Procurement Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and validates purchase requests from internal requesters (e.g. via template or email) for standard materials and services in scope.
- Creates and submits purchase orders in Oracle I-Procurement (I-Proc) based on approved requests, following defined catalog, supplier and cost-center rules.
- Monitors open purchase orders, follows up on confirmations and delivery dates with suppliers and/or local contacts, and updates order status in I-Proc.
- Identifies delays, missing confirmations or other issues in the supply process and initiates corrective actions in alignment with local stakeholders (e.g. alternative article, escalation, cancellation).
- Provides proactive status updates to the original requester regarding order placement, expected delivery dates, delays and applied countermeasures.
- Performs goods receipt posting in I-Proc / Oracle based on received and validated delivery notes, ensuring correct quantities, references and dates.
- Ensures that scanned delivery notes and related supporting documents are correctly stored in the defined SharePoint structure and are easily retrievable.
- Supports clarification of basic invoice discrepancies related to I-Proc orders in collaboration with local finance / AP and the requester.
- Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures and contributes to continuous improvement of the I-Proc purchasing process.
Qualifications
- Commercial education or equivalent experience in procurement, purchasing administration, supply chain or a related business area.
- Experience with ERP-based purchasing processes; prior exposure to Oracle
- iProcurement (I-Proc) or Oracle E-Business Suite is an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic purchasing terminology (purchase request, purchase order, delivery note, goods receipt, invoice check, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret purchase-related documents such as quotations, delivery notes and standard terms in English.
NR INSPECTIONS BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
- MS365 Office Apps User: Data entry and clerical support for key shared files and directories using Excel, Word, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Oracle user: BOSS Order Management (BOSS-OM) processing including frontloading orders, order header attachment management, header and line-item data entry and submissions/ bookings
- Finance Billing Team – AU (FBT) Support: Ensuring all clerical and supporting actions (including data entry, file management, troubleshooting procedures and communications) required by FBT on the part of OGC-Trade side have been actioned within 48hrs (either by direct task handling or using Teams prompt methods directed to the task owner)
- OGC-Trade P&L Support: Support monthly profit and loss tracking processes with clerical assistance and collaborative troubleshooting
- SIR User: Provide data entry and work order updates via SIR to ensure clerical support to AUS NR TIS Managers and Coordinators order tracking is up-to-date daily
Qualifications
- Minimum four-year university degree from an internationally accredited institution.
- A minimum of one-year data entry, management and verification experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to data quality and operational excellence
- Foundational level skills as MS365 Office Apps user (including SharePoint and OneDrive).
- Intermediate level skills as MS Teams and MS Excel user (additional Odyssey Training to be provided)
- Foundational level skills as BOSS-OM user
- Familiarity with SGS-Global browser-based platforms (i.e. ServiceNOW, iProc/ iExp, SIR, SAT, SOL)
