Shared Service Center for Global Procurement

• Sourcing Raw Materials within the assigned product groups
• Establishing and maintaining effective supplier relationships
• Negotiating prices, terms and supplier agreements with company’s suppliers
• Managing contracts
• Evaluating cost analysis from suppliers
• Monitoring material stocks and ensuring timely supply of required materials
• Coordinating planning and forecasting activities for Kronospan plants and communicating them to suppliers
• Processing internal demands and registering purchase orders in company’s ERP system
• Tracking order acknowledgements, preparing and communicating shortage and backlog reports, ensuring visibility of potential interruptions, and proposing strategies to handle such situations
• Monitoring market trends and communicating relevant updates to internal stakeholders

• University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-performance business environment in purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering or related function. Previous experience in an international environment considered an advantage
• Proficiency in English
• Strong negotiations skills
• Deep interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, and multi-task
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• High attention to detail
• Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficiency in  Microsoft Office applications - excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Willingness to travel abroad
