Garage Coatings Installer

Floor Coating Installer – Up to $20/hr

Pay: Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience

Location: Landover, MD and surrounding areas Company: Renuity Garage, a Renuity Company

Renuity Garage is growing, and we’re looking for a Floor Coating Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and is willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work

• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards

• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment

• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates

• Work at least two weekends per month as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn

• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying materials

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work safely and follow established processes
