Laneige Brand Marketing Intern

Location - Hybrid NYC Only

Full-time 3-6-month Internship. Must be completed with school

Job Summary

To support the Laneige Brand Marketing Team across all functions, from product to consumer to trade, with a majority focus on trade marketing.

Principal Accountabilities

Marketing Support:

• Assist with Go-To-Market (GTM) launch plans

• Coordinate support from US teams for PR and social media initiatives

• Competitive deep dives

• Communication & Collaboration:

• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate agendas, take meeting notes and distribute updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Calendar Management:

• Update and manage marketing calendars.

• Project Coordination:

• Help with creative asset requests from brief to delivery across partners.

• Track creative materials, including event collateral and EDU resources working cross functional teams.

• Support the execution of sampling and promo activities.

• Visual Merchandising Assistance:

• Monitor international VMD timelines and requirements.

• Maintain assortments

• Submit invoices and track expenses

Key Experience and Skills

• Strong interest in Beauty Marketing

• Previous intern experience in Marketing preferable

• Currently studying (or graduated with) a Marketing-adjacent degree

• Available for hybrid office work week
