About the role
- 負責實驗室 ISO/IEC 17025 品質管理系統之建立、維護與持續優化，確保文件與流程符合國際實驗室認證標準。
- 推動與監督品質管理系統之有效執行，確保各單位作業持續符合內外部規範與法規要求。
- 參與內外部品質稽核作業，並針對稽核結果進行原因分析與後續成效追蹤。
- 參與各項實驗室認證與查核活動，包含 TAF、TFDA、A2LA 等，確保順利通過審查並維持認證資格。
- 協助實驗室日常運作，包含廠內設備管理與行政庶務，確保實驗室作業順暢與品質穩定。
- 參與化學測試的執行，深化對檢測流程與品質管控之理解，以提升整體品質管理效能。
- 配合部門需求，執行主管交辦之品質、技術或專案任務。
- 化學、農化、生物、化工等相關科系畢業
- 對品質管理有興趣及熱忱者
