- Develop and maintain project baseline schedule, weekly/monthly rolling plan and key project milestones
- Track project execution progress, identify schedule deviation and analyze delay impact
- Coordinate with multi-discipline teams and client side for schedule alignment and progress reporting
- Optimize project critical path and propose schedule recovery strategies
- 8+ years project planning experience in offshore EPC / oil & gas marine projects
- Strong stakeholder communication and schedule risk management capability
