Support SAP SuccessFactors initiatives with a focus on Learning and/or Recruiting solutions. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, support HR process design, and contribute to system configuration and optimization activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
• Support the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Learning to meet organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Provide consulting and/or support services for SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

• Previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or support.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation and administration.
• Experience configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Ability to gather requirements and design HR-related processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

Additional Valued Experience

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification.
• Knowledge of Talent Management or Performance Management modules.
