As our Customer Success Engineer, you’ll work directly with our customers to help them get real value from the platform. This isn’t a passive support role. Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers, you’ll be hands-on and digging into technical workflows, helping teams solve problems, and making sure Aikido becomes a core part of how they manage security.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers post-sale to get them up and running quickly

• Help teams understand and navigate Aikido across code → cloud → runtime

• Debug issues, investigate workflows, and unblock customers when things don’t work as expected

• Proactively identify risks and help customers get back on track

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to developers, security teams, and technical stakeholders

• Share product feedback and customer insights directly with our product and engineering teams
