Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse to join our healthcare team in Purwakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support medical procedures, and promote patient safety while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, assess vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Assist patients before, during, and after medical procedures, providing physical and emotional support.
  • Prepare and maintain patient care facilities, medical equipment, medicines, and supplies.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-treatment care.
  • Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing.
  • Holds a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
  • Holds a valid Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment.
