- Pendidikan minimal S1 Profesi Dokter / S1 Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja / S1 Kesehatan Masyarakat
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama khususnya Rumah Sakit minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki sertifikat K3
- Memiliki tanggung jawab dan komunikasi yang baik
