• Deliver personalized concierge services to hotel guests.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest requests.
• Provide accurate information about local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle VIP guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining the highest service standards.

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations Officer, Guest Experience Agent, or in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately
